Red Harpy: "I will make you bleed!"
Isabelle: "Please, listen. That thing is only using you. After he no longer needs you, he will kill you."
Red Harpy: "Shut up mysterious voice from nowhere! I will beat you after I take care of these bitches!"
Isabelle: "Think, you stupid birdbrain! Harpies are always female! Can't you see what's wrong with your 'darling'!?"
Red Harpy: "Don't you dare badmouth darling! I will kill you!"
Isabelle: "It's useless. Okay, today we are dealing with some sort of magico mimic. These magicos aren't as strong as the others of their level, but very clever. This type of magico is parasitic. Their usual MO is to take the idealized form of their victim's fantasy. Once they have seduced their target, they slowly feed on them until they die. The worst part is that their victims are often so blinded by love that they fight to protect the magico."
Alice: "So that's why it looks like a harpy."
Isabelle: "Yes, the harpy chieftain must have been lonely and the magico took advantage of that."
Natalie: "Poor girl. We will punish the magico for toying with her heart!"
Isabelle: "Yeah, about her... She is a red harpy. These are not only the strongest kind of harpies, but they are also powerful spell-casters, so don't let your guard down for a second. Also, magico mimics often copy the powers of lesser magicos, so be prepared for anything!"

Magico Mimic is the Magico boss of Harpy Peak and rules it alongside his pretend-lover, the Harpy Chief. As the name implies, the Magico only took the appearance of a male harpy to woo the lonely Harpy Chief and make her fall in love with him. This is part of the modus operandi of his particular type of Magico, allowing him to slowly parasitically feed on her until she dies. Apart from spending time in their love nest, he has declared the order to keep away all Magical Girls from the area, further incentivizing the already fierce Harpies to attack any girls that enter the Peak.
He uses his shape-shifting abilities in battle, being able to copy and use spells from low-tier Magicos such as Slime Princess, Phantasmalia, and Monarch Insect. One thing to look out for in particular is the Venomous Runes spell he copied from Monarch Insect, as once people are Poisoned it leads into Toxic Winds to cause Instant Death, so try to heal poison whenever possible. Lovely Barricade should probably be kept up for the Ailment Guard to lower the chances of getting poisoned, as well as getting put to sleep by his copied Ethereal Lullaby. Aside from these two things to note, the Magico Mimic is actually the weaker of your two opponents.
The most important part of this fight is actually his partner rather than the Magico himself. The Harpy Chief must be brought down first. If the Magico Mimic's HP is depleted while the Harpy Chief is still up then he will drain her, taking her out of the fight, and massively boosting his own stats, recovering all his HP and MP, while also gaining her abilities. Just looking at sheer numbers, his new 2000 HP is greater than even a fresh Chief would be, while also having greater raw stats across the board as well, and gaining a second action each turn. There is absolutely no reason to leave her until later, as the boosted Magico Mimic is far worse than even the both of them together in their base states. Knock out the Harpy Chief first, and then kill the Magico Mimic to keep the fight simple.
After the battle, it turns out that both enemies are still alive. The Magico Mimic begins draining the Chief even further, to the point of immediately threatening her life. Yoshida then quickly swoops in before the Cutie Knights manage to act, killing the Magico and stealing the Mimic Core from the party.
Losing the Battle
If the party loses, Eric(a) will be left behind as the party teleports away. Magico Mimic and the Harpy Chief will take Eric(a) hostage, paralyse them, and shred their clothes so Harpy Chief can insert harpy eggs into Eric(a)'s ass after applying a Hips Transformation. After several eggs are inserted, the teleport spell finally kicks in and brings Eric(a) so safety. Back in the dorm, Natalie gets Isabelle to help out. Isabelle undoes the paralysis, but this causes the eggs to come out, so she promptly leaves to get rid of them. Eric(a), completely exhausted, subsequently falls asleep for several hours. The hip transformation remains.
