Venomous Runes is a spell with a 50% chance to inflict the 
Poisoned status effect on all enemies.
At 2 MP this spell is extremely cheap, and over the course of a long battle can theoretically inflict an impressive amount of damage. However, for most battles, simply dealing a guaranteed block of damage immediately is generally the better option.
As an enemy spell, it is dangerous from the Magico Mimic as it also has the spell Toxic Winds which can cause 
Instant Death if poisoned.
The following enemies can cast Venomous Runes:
- Magico Mimic (Using Mimicry: Monarch Insect)
- Wicked Witch
