First encounter:
Isabelle: "A dryad? Well I guess you are in a forest."
Dryad: "..." *Sniff... sniff...* "I can smell that pervert's stench on all of you! ESPECIALLY on you!"
Eric(a): "Me? Pervert? You mean Tilia, don't you?"
Dryad: "So you admit you are with that groping menace! I, Nylisa, will not allow you to spread your molesting ways to these woods!"
Isabelle: "Oh dear, she was probably a target of Tilia's 'affection'."
Eric(a): "What can we do to calm her down?"
Isabelle: "She looks pretty furious. I think you're going to have to fight her. But don't worry; dryads are fairly sturdy. A small beating won't cause her any lasting harm."

Nylisa the Dryad is an old acquaintance of Tilia's. The two used to be part of the same dryad grove, and Tilia subsequently spent about two thousand years during the bronze age groping and molesting her. The experience has left her somewhat traumatized, and as the encounter dialogue indicts she has still not forgiven Tilia to this day.
As a fight, Nylisa is encountered as a recurring miniboss. She is similar to Xylyra in that she has several sets of dialogue that she will go through the first few times you encounter her. There are requirements for actually encountering her, necessitating performing the first two Nature Lesson interactions with Tilia, and successfully saving the Farysanian Tree by beating Doom Flower without killing the Wall of Roots.
Nylisa has a decent amount of HP and a varied moveset. She can actually prove quite threatening if the party has bad status effect luck; her Entangling Vines and Hallucinogenic Pollen can disable your party members very effectively, and her Razor Wind will one-shot any character that isn't equipped with defense in mind. Nylisa herself aside, she is capable of using Summon to bring out two Nylisa's Spiders to fight with her that are also capable of inflicting status effects themselves, being especially good at laying down a lot of Poisoned effects. As they are far more fragile than Nylisa herself it may be a good idea to take care of them quickly when they appear.
Throwing up a Lovely Barricade at the start of battle is all but necessary to avoid getting brought down by her more debilitating status effects, and to help blunt the damage of Razor Wind (though even this may not save your squishier party members). Let Natalie take advantage of her weakness to fire. You will have to pay careful attention when using magic damage, as Nylisa is capable of casting Null Magic Ward. While you aren't going to be able to stun lock her, she can occasionally be thrown off balance with Lovely Lightning and other similar abilities.
Nylisa can be found in Misty Woods.
