Nylisa's Spiders, true to their name, spawn when summoned by Nylisa the Dryad. These two pests will largely concern themselves with applying status effects to the party - their base attacks can each poison up to two party members per turn, and their Tight Web inflicts Bound, knocking the victim out of the battle for quite a long time. If you aren't able to protect yourself with Lovely Barricade for the Ailment Guard effect, try to defeat these things as quickly as possible.
