Princess Anathema IV is the Fairy boss of the Fey Mansion. As an optional late-game boss Anathema is an incredibly difficult opponent, compounded even further if the player chose to take any of the curses while ascending to the Fey Mansion peak. While all of the curses can be avoided, a completionist may have taken the Cursed Fairy Panties hoping to get their hands on the Demongirl's First afterwards, which will serve as a significant penalty to overcome. Of course this means that if one wishes to defeat Anathema, particularly with a curse active, then it should wait until the party is as strong as possible.
Aside from Anathema herself, the tricky part of this fight is that you must make sure that no party member ever goes down to 0 HP, not even for a moment. If anyone is knocked out then at the end of the turn they will be transformed by Anathema into a Fairy on her side. Fairy Alice, Fairy Erica, Fairy Natalie, and Fairy Veronica are the potential opponents you will have to face in this case. Each of them retain signature moves they had before in addition to Poisonous Dust. Every member of the Fairyfied Cutie Knights have points capable of making them extremely troublesome to deal with. Fairy Alice is capable of inflicting the incurable Dolled status effect, Fairy Erica is invulnerable to the majority of status effects herself and has effectively no weaknesses, Fairy Natalie is an enemy healer, and Fairy Veronica is a powerful physical bruiser. If Anathema is low on health, you should try and kill her which would immediately end the fight, otherwise try and burst down any Fairy Cutie Knight that pops up. The potential exception is Fairy Erica, who due to her lack of weaknesses and stunning array of immunities combined with not actually being much weaker defensively than Anathema herself may just be a waste of time trying to focus on.
Now moving past the potential Fairy Knights to Anathema herself, there are a couple things in her moveset that make her truly troublesome. While many of her attacks have status effects, the most dangerous among her skillset is that she is capable of using two moves in one turn, and her Triple Attack with the potential to inflict Stunned (and to a lesser extent Chain Lightning). If both her attacks for the turn are Triple Attacks, that means six attacks against your team each with a 50% chance of stunning.
So the key to defeating Anathema is to lower the chance of losing any party members, and in pursuit of that also to avoid getting stunned if possible. This makes Lovely Barricade even more necessary than normal, with its Ailment Guard being critical to avoid getting stunned, and the MDF and NUL provided also aiding survivability. Never allow it to fall off. Another very useful skill to consider bringing along is Misty Illusions provided by the Illusion Core. Misty Illusions provides DEF UP, MDF UP, and LUK Up. The first two should of course require no explaining in mitigating damage, but the LUK Up will also help in reducing the chance to get affected by a status effect. Also consider any status effect mitigating items, although most of them are accessories which would not be usable if the Cursed Fairy Panties are equipped. Stock up on Seals of Focus.
With your defences lined up, the other important thing is to make sure your healing ability is in order as well. Natalie is of course the primary healer as per normal, so make sure she is well equipped to not die and send out big heals. Aside from Natalie, Eric(a) is also capable of healing while in T3 with Cutie Magic Transformation with Sparkling Pink Rejuvenation which serves double purpose with being able to remove stunned. Be definitely sure to have this form upgraded prior to this battle as it will make it much easier. For Veronica and Alice make sure they are stocked up on Purple Crystals in case Eric(a) and Natalie are stunned or otherwise occupied. Veronica also Life-Stealing Touch and Lifeforce Harvest for healing herself, and Alice can do so as well if equipped with the Killer's Dagger.
Be prepared to fight a long and defensive battle, but as long as you keep everyone's health up and the stuns at bay, then taking down Princess Anathema should only be a matter of time. Note that the three items are awarded in a cutscene after the fight instead of being dropped directly.
Losing the Battle
Losing the battle will result in the Fairy Princess Servants Game Over.
If during the fight only Eric(a) is left standing with the rest of her team turned into Fairies, and Princess Anathema is below a quarter of her health, she actually offers Eric(a) an option to surrender. Taking this offer will also lead to the Fairy Princess Servants Game Over, but with some additional dialogue resulting in a slightly different ending.
