Zeroth Stage (Reversed): You take a look at your penis.
Eric(a): "It's back to its original size. Good."
First Stage: You take a good look at your penis.
Eric(a): "Yes it's a bit smaller, there's no denying it. ... I have to do something about this!"
Second Stage: You examine your shrunken penis.
Eric(a): "It's way smaller, and I don't just mean my dick. My balls look like they've shrunk, too. ... I have to do something about this!"
Third Stage: You check your reduced manhood.
Eric(a): "Shit, shit, shit! It has become ridiculously small, at least it still works... I think. ... I have to do something about this!"
Fourth Stage: You take a look at what remains of your genitalia.
Eric(a): "It's barely even 5 centimetres now and my balls have also disappeared... can I even use it for anything...?
Fifth Stage (No Genitals): You examine the strange state your crotch ended up in after repeated shrinkings.
Eric(a): "Somehow.. I ended up with nothing one way or the other. It's not a pussy yet, but it's also not a dick anymore. Only... The... Peehole... ...No! I can do something about this! Forward or backward, there's always a way to go! I know it!
Sixth Stage (Vagina): You take a good look at your vagina.
Eric(a): "Somehow I ended up with a pussy after all. How did that even happen..."
The Penis Reduction Transformation is a multi-stage physical transformation of Eric(a)'s originally male genitals shrinking, disappearing, and finally turning into a vagina. Each stage of the transformation gives one Girl Score.
Gaining
- Femininity Potion: During the Medical Exam event drinking the femininity potion Wendy helps you brew will give one stage of this transformation.
- Lose to Bonechiller: Losing to Bonechiller in the Ice Sanctuary will give one stage of this transformation and -5 AGI.
- Siphon the Ice Core: Siphoning the Ice Core reverses all stages of the Penis Growth Transformation and then grants two stages of this transformation on top as well as +5 LUK and the spell Hailstorm. If the player previously lost to Bonechiller then only one stage of this transformation is given instead of two and +5 AGI will also be recovered.
- Lose in the Mermaid Caves: Losing at any point in the Mermaid Caves will result in one stage of this transformation. Losing against the Sea Witch midboss will cause the Amnesiac Mermaid Game Over. Losing after defeating Allura allows her to appear in camp as a merchant. However, Mindstinger's Water Core will be permanently lost no matter what.
- Mana Burst: Using the Mana Burst skill gives a possibility of a transformation occurring the next morning. This chance starts at 40% and carries over night to night, gaining 10% with each additional use until triggered. This transformation is one of the possibilities. Note that this method cannot give the sixth stage of the transformation and can also only be performed once.
- Tilia: Lose Tilia's "Boob Fight" event while already having at least E-cup in the Breast Growth Transformation and she will shrink Eric(a)'s penis instead of growing their breasts. If this applies the final sixth stage then it is also possible to earn an acceptance point here. Note that this method cannot give the fifth stage of the transformation, and cannot be initiated at all while at the fourth stage (but can of course be done while at the fifth stage to get the sixth).
- Marianne: If Eric(a) undresses in front of Marianne at Watanabe Inn without being at the final stage of the transformation then one stage of this transformation will be gained. Note that this transformation cannot give the sixth stage. If Eric(a) does not have at least five Girl Score here then this will result in the Caught In The Onsen Game Over.
Removal
There is no method currently that purely and only reverses reductions to penis size. There is however the Penis Growth Transformation that is a full fledged transformation in the reverse direction capable of enhancing penis size even past the original size, and has a particular interaction with siphoning the Ice Core.
Uses
Several scenes will differ depending on the state of Eric(a)'s genitals. Many sex scenes for example will change slightly to accommodate what genitals Eric(a) actually has at the time. There are several other interactions as well with more concrete differences.
There are two additional things to note. The first is that this transformation is akin to gender reassignment surgery, some entities can still tell Eric(a) is (genetically) male such as the Hungry Treasure Chest which will still attack. The other thing to note is that some Radical Transformations will also temporarily apply affect the stage of this transformation.
- As mentioned above, many sex scenes will change at higher levels of this transformation. Currently this just means Natalie as she is the only one with a route written that far.
- Revealing the secret of Eric(a)'s true gender to Veronica early has her snitching to Marianne. If Eric(a) has at least stage five then Marianne doesn't feel anything on their crotch and declares them a girl, avoiding the possible Cowgirl Game Over.
- If Eric(a) is at the sixth stage when undressing with Marianne at the Watanabe Inn then an alternate scene will play in the onsen, with Marianne trying to play matchmaker with Eric(a) and Olivia.
Vagina Guide
- Drink Wendy's potion during the Medical Exam.
- Use the Mana Burst skill and rest repeatedly until the Penis Reduction effect occurs.
- Go to the Watanabe Inn and have Marianne apply the magical talisman.
- Siphon the Ice Core. (This gives two stages)
- Lose Tilia's endurance challenge while already equipped with E-cup breasts.
Some of these steps are interchangeable, except that Marianne at the Watanabe Inn and the Mana Burst TFs cannot go last, and the Medical Exam happens early enough that it is definitely first.
If you want higher acceptance, it is recommended to have Tilia for last. If you do not mind losing the Water Core, replacing the Watanabe Inn reduction with losing in the Mermaid Caves allows you to go for the Swimmer Legs Transformation with Akiko while at the inn instead which also has a possible acceptance point.
