Transformed Veronica is Veronica transformed by Eris, as part of the final boss battle in the Pleasure Palace. If you lose the battle and come back, Eris will always transform the same girl, so if you fought Transformed Veronica the first time, you will be fighting her again. Defeating her will buff Eris's ATK and MAT by 20%.
In this state Veronica has overall stats comparable to Eris, but with two important differences: she has less health by one third, and her stats are lopsided towards physical traits instead of being balanced. Furthermore she retains her original weaknesses.
As a physical attacker Transformed Veronica's spells are generally not too damaging, but some of them carry buffs, debuffs, or can even steal your MP with Mana Theft. Furthermore, her high ATK stat makes her regular Double and Dual Attacks highly threatening, especially if she manages to buff herself up first. It is recommended to bombard her with spells to take her down as quickly as possible, as her staying up is far worse than the minor buff Eris gets when she goes down. Eric(a) in particular should favour Lovely Lightning over any of the Cute element skills.
