Thermal Drain is a spell that deals moderate 
Ice damage and applies AGI Down to all enemies, while also giving the user AGI Up, with both effects lasting for three turns.
Veronica normally builds for higher ATK than MAT, so it is rare for this skill to be worth using for its damage. Use it if you really need the AGI buffs and debuffs.
The following enemies can cast Thermal Drain:
- Fairy Veronica (If Veronica had learned this skill)
- Red Eye
- Succubus Veronica
- Transformed Veronica
