• Eric(a) - Unlocked through a training event with Isabelle. It requires having completed her prior training events, defeating at least one Magico, and having at least four affection.
• Ganguro Isabelle - Starting Skill.
• Wendy - Starting Skill.

Lovely Lightning is a spell that deals moderate Thunder damage with a 50% chance of inflicting the Stunned status effect to a single enemy target.

For the cost of only 1 MP more than most single target attack spells it comes with the chance of temporarily incapacitating an enemy which makes it very handy.

• Watcher
