The Ice Core is initially dropped by the Magico Bonechiller, but immediately stolen by Yoshida. Later in the battle against her during Operation: Fluffy Kitten, if her teammate Belle is defeated first, then this Core will be dropped. If Yoshida herself is beaten first, there is a one in three chance of this Core being dropped. If either of their other two teammates are beaten first, a different Core will be dropped instead.

The following enemies drop the Ice Core:

• Bonechiller
• Belle (Boss Battle) (100% if beaten first, 0% otherwise)
• Yoshida (Boss Battle) (33.3% chance if beaten first, 0% otherwise)
