Wood Nymphs are spellcasters that always spawn with a pair of Satyrs flanking them. They have a wide range of moves, including a skill that heals their comrades. Aside from that they actually have less status effects than the Satyrs they come with, only capable of inflicting Bound and an AGI Down.
You can consider taking out the Wood Nymph first because of her healing ability, but all of these enemies are frail enough that it should not actually slow you down significantly, and the Satyrs themselves are far more annoying. You should also be careful of using magic against Wood Nymphs as they have an inherent 25% chance to reflect any spell used against them, possibly making it worth waiting to take them out last by having everybody just beat on them. Note that this is specifically reflecting spells, not merely nullifying them.
Wood Nymphs can be found in Misty Woods. They are only encounterable after Nylisa.
