Historica of Lovely Fate
This article's content is accurate to the most recent public game version, 0.4.8d.
Bestiary Entry: A being of fairy magic, unintentionally given personality and a mind of its own, set to the tedious job of guarding Eric(a)'s true memories. Definitely eccentric.

The Seal: "Yo what's up? Since none of you can possibly know what I am going to screw you over with, I'll give you a tip: she really loves dolls."

Starheart is the final boss of Eric(a)'s Memories, a magical construct put in place to keep this mindscape from collapsing. As a creature composed of fairy magic, it is not surprising that his moveset focuses so heavily on mind-affecting spells. He will regularly attempt to inflicted Charmed (Strong) or Confused on your party, all the while dealing a respectable amount of Blunt and Mental damage with his attacks.

Disabling his ability to disable you is key. Casting Lovely Barricade or Lunar Barricade and refreshing on any turn before shut-off helps tremendously, as does using Wendy's Lovely Witch's Hex or Ganguro Isabelle's Flash to reduce the boss' damage output. If you don't have access to Barricade magic, the battle will be significantly harder. Eric(a) is the only character whose equipment can be adjusted, so if possible wear Fairy Panties to minimize the chance of losing control of them.

As for actually attacking Starheart, Cute damage is almost useless against him, making Eric(a)'s and Wendy's best attack skills suddenly not an option. Isabelle winds up becoming the major damage dealer with her Heellish Pain, while Eric(a) comes in second with Fire & Ice. Wendy should play a support role here, dropping Purple Crystals and Seals of Focus as needed to keep the team alive. If Wendy falls, it might not be worth reviving her, as she's going to be a fragile target no matter what. Switch Eric(a) over to her role and simply try to outlast the enemy.
