Liria is a friendly siren merchant you can find on the Harpy Peak. She's set up her shop below the stairs leading to the magico.
Background
Once upon a time, Liria was just like the other harpies, content to build a nest, shred female competition to ribbons, and someday raise a family. However, harpy life isn't just territory wars and mating rituals. One day, Liria and her friends decided to take a little trip to the Underside.
While there, they noticed a bearded man wearing a pair of spectacles standing on a soapbox in the middle of the street. He was preaching to a gathered crowd, warning them all of a terrible way of life known as "Capitalism." Under this system, he claimed, humanoid dignity was in tremendous danger of being eradicated. Those who controlled the flow of lumes in society, the bourgeoisie, were unfairly lording themselves over the proletariat, the hard-working lower-class schmucks who performed all the labor. The speaker went on to speak about how this did not have to be the way things operated. If the proletariat rose up, the robber barons who oppressed them would be powerless to stop them. The speaker spoke of Revolution! The crowd cheered! And deep in Liria's heart, a change took place.
Liria's friends spent the trip back home talking about all the fun experiences they had on the Underside, how they all wanted to return as soon as possible, and what a shame it was that their mountain home was so dull in comparison. Liria, however, was silent. Her mind raced feverishly. She could not stop thinking about the bourgeoisie, those lazy millionaires who secretly ran the world. Liria contemplated what resources she had at hand, how possible her mad scheme could really be. You see, the bourgeoisie, they had the right idea. That night, Liria swore that she would become the greatest capitalist the Pocket Dimension had ever known.
Personality
Liria is a friendly and upbeat siren harpy who, inspired by the mad ramblings of the bearded man from the Underside, decided to try out capitalism in an effort to improve her life. To this end she decided to open a shop where she sells a selection of items she finds all over the place to anyone who happens to come by. Of course, being a harpy who takes flight for granted she does not immediately realize that her particular shop location won't bring many customers, so initially she is mainly concerned with the collection part rather than the selling part.
When the Cutie Knights encounter her, she explains her motives and, happy to finally have some customers, offers them her variety of wares as well as helpfully providing intel on the male harpy residing at the peak of the mountain alongside Harpy Chief who he seduced. With the Cutie Knights leaving in good spirits, Isabelle provides a teleporter for easier access to Liria's shop, so the joyous harpy's shop is more easily accessible.
