Siren's Feathers are consumable items that recover 20% of the MP of a single ally.
The target requires more than 100 Max MP for the effect of this item to be greater than consuming a White Crystal, but those cost one and half times as much, or even twice as much from Julie. So as long as you have at least 70 Max MP, these are the more lume efficient source of purchasable MP recovery.
