The Blue Eye is a minion fought as part of Rania's boss battle in Rania's Fun House.
Of the two Watcher minions the Blue Eye is closer to the base form, primarily focusing on various status effect spells. Although it uses it rarely, it also has the spell Reap, allowing it to to instantly inflict Instant Death on one of your party members. Between the status effects and Reap, it is recommended to take this one out first.
If both the Blue Eye and Red Eye are beaten then Rania will gain the ability to use two spells per turn. Once Rania is below 50% both Watchers (if alive) will begin casting Healing Light on Rania often.
