Phyre's Psychic Flames is a spell that deals moderate fire damage and 20 points of MP damage to a single enemy target.
Since Wendy is only playable in Eric(a)'s Memories the utility of this skill is limited. It costs a lot for a spell that deals only the same damage as a base elemental attack spell, and spending the time to drain an enemy's MP is not worth it against regular enemies. Therefore it is only really useful against the two boss enemies in the dungeon: Shining Dawn Bird and Starheart. The former has little MP and it can be bottomed out quite quickly. While Starheart has more, draining all his MP will make the fight much easier. Combine usage of this spell with Ganguro Isabelle's Negative Charge in tandem to deplete an enemy's magic even faster.
