Isabelle: "Yep, an absorptive slime type magico, codename: Slime Princess. She transforms her victims into more slime girls. While She's not very strong or smart, this kind of magico is capable of getting stronger by absorbing its minions, so old specimens can be very dangerous."
Natalie: *Gasp!* "This thing eats people! You are finished, you evil monster! We will not let you hurt another innocent."
Slime Princess: "Eh? Why'd you call me evil? You types hurt innocents all the time!"
Eric(a): "Huh?"
Isabelle: "Don't bother listening to her. Magicos feed on people, which is plenty evil enough."
Slime Princess: "You're so mean---"
Isabelle: "Yeah yeah whatever. This one isn't very strong, but even so, good luck girls!"

Slime Princess is the boss of the Slime Palace, and is the first magico you must defeat. On her own, she is not terribly intimidating. Her standard attack is not much more damaging than the spells of the Slime Girls you faced earlier, and although she has far more HP it would be easy to win a war of attrition against her. Negating Natalie's acid weakness with the Bridal Veil you can acquire within the dungeon will help in this immensely. The true difficulty in this fight is the Slim Girls that the Slime Princess will summon over the course of the fight.
The Slime Princess will summon Slime Girls twice in the fight. At 75% HP she will summon two Slime Girls. At 40% HP she will summon three of them. While below 50% HP she will also cast Eat Slime each turn, devouring the Slime Girls one at a time in order to heal and buff her stats.
There are two general strategies to dealing with the Slime Princess's summons. The first strategy is to handle the reinforcements as they arrive. Take the Slime Girls out one at a time, healing as necessary with Natalie while you take it slow and steady. The other is to simply ignore the Slime Girls and try your best to simply burn down the boss by pouring out damage from both characters before she kills you first.
For the more methodical strategy, stop attacking the boss after she summons her first two Slime Girls, hopefully keeping her health above 40% so she does not summon the next set. Kill both Slime Girls before continuing. When she summons the next set of three, try to kill at least one of them so she doesn't get the chance to eat all three, though it is likely she will eat at least one, possibly two. From there, just finish her off.
The easiest strategy is a hybrid of the two. Make sure to kill the first pair of Slime Girls, but the next set of three can be ignored while the boss is killed. Having up to five Slime Girls attacking you is extremely threatening, but with three or less they are for more ignorable, especially since the Slime Princess herself is killing them too.
Losing the Battle
Losing to the Slime Princess will have Eric(a) receive the Sensitive Nipples Transformation before being sent back to camp.
