When used, a White Crystal restores a target for 20 MP. The amount of MP recovered by this item is fairly similar to the amount that would be recovered by most characters inherent MP recovery skills. This item could be useful in battle if any character happens to lack the resources required for their MP recovery at the time. Aside from that case, this item is otherwise unremarkable and best used outside of a fight to top up in between fights so as not to waste turns inside of a fight where you will be hit.
