Phyre's Dispersal is a skill that deals 16-24 mental damage, and removes all STAT Up and Ailment Guard/Ailment Defence buffs on all enemies.

Only a few enemies in Eric(a)'s Memories have buffing moves, so this skill proves to be more of a danger when facing Wendy's boss battle.
