Rania's Cultists are human constructs Rania created as a display of her powers (and to make people that agree with her self-declaration of sanity). They are robed men that are solely dedicated to worshipping Rania as their goddess.
The cultists in their base form are nothing interesting. Precisely because of how boring they are, Rania will transform them in one of your initial encounters so that they become more interesting. After this they will continue to do so on their own without Rania's direct intervention. Due to the variedness of their possible forms, there is not any single useful advice applicable to all of them. Just know that damage inflicted before their transformation will carry over, so there is no need to hold back. Several of the possible forms the cultists can take (at least right now) are unique to them while the rest are enemies that have previously been encountered elsewhere.
