Eric(a): "As long as it's not trying to hurt anyone, I suppose so... Maybe Alice's life wasn't all bad."

Happy Memories are neutral support units, spreading healing and good will all around. Given their appearance of a fairy and nature as a happy memory, it is likely that they are based off of the memory of when Nele first met Alice and made her a Magical Girl.
While their healing skills, debuffs, and status effects can be frustrating or even dangerous with the right enemy party, they occasionally decide to heal your party members instead. Still, it is best to defeat these opponents first in order to avoid complications.
If encountered alone, Happy Memories have twice the normal health and immediately flee. Managing to kill lone Happy Memories gives no lumes. Even when encountered along with other enemies they actually still have a very small possibility of fleeing.
