The Little Girl initially appears an innocent girl trapped in the Ruined House, but turns out to actually be the magico Phantasmalia in disguise. When you finally confront her, she appears accompanied by two Spectral Illusions. Combined, these enemies can put out a lot of damage very quickly, and the Little Girl's ability to buff her allies and debuff your party make this a frustrating battle.
Take down the Spectral Illusions first, one at a time. This will reduce the enemy's damage output to a much more manageable amount. Keep on top of your healing, and allow Eric(a) to use Purple Crystals to heal Natalie if her HP gets under 200. Once the Little Girl is alone, keep attacking until she transforms into her true form, Phantasmalia.
Losing the Battle
If you are defeated by the Little Girl, Eric(a) will receive the Blond Hair Transformation before being sent back to camp.
