The Umbrella Blade is exclusive to Wendy and cannot be removed. The scaling for the basic attack on the Umbrella Blade is deceptive in that it also accounts for AGI more than ATK. With Wendy's high AGI, her basic attack is actually not too bad despite her low ATK stat.
