Knights are illusory creatures summoned into existence to help Alice in the boss battle against her at the end of Alice's Memories. They appear when she draws the Five of Hearts. Although this fast physical damage brute is potentially dangerous if allowed to live long enough for Alice to buff it, Knights are easy threats to neutralize: simply deal 100+ damage to the Battle Card and Alice will draw a new one, causing the Knight to cease to exist.
