Gaining
- Lose to Magico Mimic: Losing against the Magico Mimic at the Harpy Peak will result in this transformation.
- Siphon the Death Mist Core: Siphoning the Death Mist Core grants this transformation as well as +100 MHP, and if Eric(a) previously lost to Life Drinker it also restores +5 DEF and +5 MDF.
Removal
- Tilia: Winning Tilia's "Boob Fight" event allows you to choose one physical transformation to reverse. This transformation can be reversed as long as the Death Mist Core was not siphoned.
