Bestiary Entry: An ill-tempered land cephalopod, armed with blinding ink and crashing tentacles. Less deadly than movies often portray, but still a concern.

Eric(a): "Is that an octopus on land?"

Isabelle: "Oh I know dat one, dat's a Croctopus."

Eric(a): "A Croctopus?"

Isabelle: "Yeah, dey walk on land like a croc, but also got tentacles an' shoots ink an' stuff. It's pretty skilled at stimulation too. Ya should try it."

Croctopi are annoying enemies capable of hitting multiple times per turn and have the party-hitting move Ink Shot capable of inflicting the rare Blinded status effect. If members of the party become blinded it can seriously lower your damage output, and Croctopi are capable of dealing a not insignificant amount of damage in turn with multiple hits while you are busy flailing. It is best to take care of them before they get a chance to use Ink Shot.
