Flying Pirate Booties, despite their absurd appearance, are typical physical attacker type enemies. They do have a worrisome move in Piracy, a party-wide attack that takes away HP and MP. Consider defeating them early if only to avoid the annoyance of restoring your MP. They are also among the more fragile of the enemies you will encounter here, only "surpassed" in this regard by the Pretty Colours.
