Gaining

• Siphon the Water Core: Siphoning the Water Core grants this transformation as well as the spell Freezing Flames.
• Akiko: During the first day at Watanabe Inn, if the player is route-locked then telling Marianne "I just can't!" when asked to undress will result in being led away by Akiko for a private treatment. Choosing the legs option and not going along with Akiko's unspecified idea will result in this transformation along with an acceptance point if they decide they do not want their penis back or do not deny being a sissy.

Removal

• Tilia: Winning Tilia's "Boob Fight" event allows you to choose one physical transformation to reverse. This transformation can be reversed as long as the Water Core was not siphoned.
