Infernal Elixirs are peculiar consumable items that have different effects depending on who uses them. As suggested by the name, they are items intended for consumption by demons, and as such give beneficial effects when drunk by Natalie or Eric(a) in Succubus Mode, while giving negative effects when drunk by most other characters. As a non-demonic immortal, Marianne is simply immune to the negative effects while not receiving the benefits either, essentially wasting the item.

The positive effects of the Infernal Elixir restore 100 HP and 40 MP. The negative version of the effects remove 100 HP and 40 MP while also poisoning the user.
