Felicia is one of the Magical Girl trainees of the Magical Camp. She was formerly one of Veronica's friends, and later recruited by Yoshida.
Backstory
Miranda's background prior to coming to the Magical Camp is unknown. Once at the camp she became friends with Veronica and her group, but unbeknown to them all they were having their lifeforce drained by her at the urging of Garak.
After Veronica's duplicity is discovered the group of friends breaks with her, with Felicia being particularly angry. She would soon after be recruited by Yoshida, as part of her desire for "revenge" against the Cutie Knights.
Personality
Nothing is known about Felicia's normal personality due to lack of interaction. She was extremely tired while being drained by Veronica, and extremely angry later after finding out the truth. She participates in Yoshida's schemes to get revenge against Veronica for her and her friends, but isn't quite as vicious about it as Miranda is to Alice.
