Mutant Drakes are fairly straightforward enemies capable of dishing out a lot of physical damage. While they have solid stats they lack any resistances. Any party that has gotten far enough to encounter them should not have much trouble taking them down.
Mutant Drakes can be found in the Pleasure Palace.
