The Windspeed Potion grants the user the AGI Up status effect for five turns, making them act sooner in battle. While there are skills that duplicate this effect for the entire party, this potion is especially useful if you need to force just one party member to act earlier. It also has the benefit that it can be used outside of battle for a pre-combat buff.
