The Stoneskin Potion is an item that gives the DEF Up status effect to the user for 5 turns. There are several skills available that give the same effect, often with additional benefits; unless you feel it's crucial to conserve MP, this potion is not very worthwhile, though it does have the benefit that it can be used outside of battle for a pre-combat buff.
