Ice Breaker is a 
Normal attack that inflicts 
Instant Death upon a single enemy target. This is completely unblockable even by Instant Death protection items due to the exact mechanics of the skill. As a normal element skill its actual element will depend on the user's default element, though it makes no real difference due to also being Instant Death.
In the only usage of this skill so far, it is only used after three turns of Gathering the Storm and Ice Coffin on the fourth turn. This means this is a skill that requires four turns of setup, of which the first three turns are easily interruptible.
