Giant Centipedes are upgraded versions of Giant Spiders, displaying the same obnoxious poisonous bite. Compared to their predecessors they have a higher poison rate, can attack twice in a turn, and won't waste time defending or try to run. So long as Natalie has enough MP available for multiple uses of Cleansing Light after the battle, you should have no problem defeating these enemies.
