Aurora Glow is a skill that over the next five turns will restore a percentage of the user's MP at the end of each turn. Usage of magic skills is sealed for this duration. The user can spend a turn to cast Dismiss Aurora Glow to end the skill prematurely. The percentage of MP regained each turn is equal to the number of cores siphoned by Eric(a) so far, from a minimum of 5% up to a maximum of 20%. If a battle ends while Aurora Glow is active then a flat 10 additional MP will be regained.
The sealing of the user's magical skills makes Aurora Glow extremely cumbersome in pitched battle, making it not actually very useful against a boss. MP should have been restored prior to a boss battle anyway, and it is rare to need additional MP beyond that. Rather, Aurora Glow can be used as a cheap way to restore Eric(a)'s MP without items. A battle against a weak enemy could be prolonged to stretch out Aurora Glow, along with Aurora Bursts as the TP allows for it. Aurora Glow can also be cast right before battles end to get the free 10 MP.
