The Cursed Fairy Panties are not really normal equipment. They can be found in the Fey Mansion as an optional curse that can be taken in lieu of solving a puzzle to advance. After defeating the dungeon boss Princess Anathema IV, the Cursed Fairy Panties will be removed entirely and cannot be kept as they are. That said, winning the fight with them on will provide the Demongirl's First for Natalie.
