The Young Girl Ending is an Ending in Prisoners of the Elder One. It occurs after using the Collar on a sober Rania.
Rania easily foils Erik's plan, transforming him into a young girl, intent on giving them to a barren couple. After wiping his mind, she takes Erik, now Stella, to her new parents, where she lives her life as a happy and girly girl.
