Evil Eyes is a spell that deals moderate non-elemental damage to a single enemy target with a 50% chance to inflict one of up to six status effects: either 
Blinded, 
Charmed (Strong), 
Confused, 
Paralysed, 
Sleeping, or 
Stunned.
Most enemies that use this spell will be capable of inflicting any of the six status effects, though some only have access to a few of them which will be noted specifically in the list below.
