Cutie Beam is a spell that deals cute damage to all enemies. The damage of the spell increases by a small flat amount per core siphoned.
At the minimum five cores, Cutie Beam will deal only slightly more damage than other basic multi-target elemental spells such as Acidic Cloud. For such a high MP cost, this means that this spell is not very cost-efficient or useful unless the enemies are resistant to all other multi-target spells Eric(a) has until a much larger amount of cores have been siphoned. As a rough guideline, don't consider using this skill much until at least ten cores have been siphoned.
