The Caught In The Onsen Game Over is an ending which occurs when Eric(a) stripped in front of Marianne and Olivia at the Watanabe Inn without having gotten enough transformations to make them believe that they are a girl that has simply picked up a penis instead of a man that has snuck into the camp.

Upon seeing the naked Eric(a) Marianne immediately transforms them, much to Olivia's consternation. If Eric(a) does not have the Maid Transformation then they are transformed into a regular rabbit to be let out onto the mountain.

If Eric(a) does have the Maid Transformation, they are transformed into a yukata maid and renamed Hinata. Depending on whether Eric(a) has already started on a route or not, Hinata is then sent off either accompanied by Shiori or told to go to Shiori's office herself and join the inn's staff.

However as it turns out, in the former scenario the Shiori accompanying her is actually her secretly very perverted twin sister Akiko... and in the latter Hinata doesn't manage to get hired, likely not even making it to the office...
