The Magical Café is one of the three Magical Girl training facilities on Earth, alongside Magical Camp and Magical Compound, and is the smallest of the three. It is located in Akihabara, Japan. It is run by the Magical Girl Ayame.

Description

Disguised as a theme café the Magical Café fits right into Akihabara. As it is open to the public, Magical Café places much more emphasis than the other two organizations on maintaining appearances and seamlessly remaining "in character."

Given the Café's leader Ayame and her beliefs about Magical Girls and the power of lolis, about half of the members of the Café have taken her up on her ides and become lolis as well. Given their public nature it is probably for the best that not all of them have or it would raise suspicion.
