Infernal Bloodlust is a spell that applies ATK and MAT Up for four turns along with DEF and MDF Down for five turns to a single ally.

Obviously you'll want to keep the recipient alive long enough to make use of this, as while it does grant offensive buffs it opens up the recipient to a lot of damage by lowering both defensive stats as well. Skills with DEF Up or MDF Up effects will overwrite the debuffs while leaving the offensive buffs untouched, such as Misty Illusions. Alternatively, Misdirection or Veronica's Luring Flare can help prevent your buffed attacker from being targeted at all.

Do take note that both ATK and MAT only raise by one stage. Given that usually characters will be built towards a single direction, and skills typically only make use of one stat anyways, this essentially one stage offensive buff might not be quite as worth it at first glance.
