The Lilim in Love Ending is an ending in Prisoners of the Elder One. It is the 'romance' ending for Aubrey, and unlike every other True Ending, requires something other than the Was It Just A Dream? Ending. Erik must give Aubrey Cake spiked with Love Potion, and use the Dark Magus Ring on Yuki. Then proceed like the other endings, with using the Transfigurative Orb on Tiffany.
Erik wakes up in his bed, assuming the prior events were just a dream. However, a few days later, he arrives in his apartment to see that Aubrey has redecorated it, still madly in love with him. It is made immediately clear that Aubrey does not share the same idea of love as Erik, as she promptly fucks him in the ass. After a few hours of fucking, Tiffany transforms Erik's body and mind, making him a pink-clad sissy named Tracy. Tracy eventually becomes Aubrey's conscience, and the life expectancy of everyone around the violet violator does improve notably, but Tracy is ever further conditioned into accepting whatever Aubrey does to him.
