Sultan Żeligniew is royalty from a planet of dark elves.
Backstory
At some point in the past while Żeligniew was at his vacation home, the Pleasure Palace, a magico placed him under her influence. Isabelle infiltrated (with some help from his vizier who realized what the magico was doing) in order to deal with the problem.
Personality
Żeligniew's most prominent personality trait is that he is a pervert. Several pieces of evidence for his perversion still remain of it around the Pleasure Palace, and it is the primary thing Isabelle remembers him for, from all his attempts to woo her, and the many times he sexually harassed her.
