Shadow Bind is a single target spell dealing moderate 
Blunt damage on hit with a 50% chance to inflict the 
Tentaclebound status effect which will deal further damage.
This is an extremely effective single-target spell and offers a method of physical damage without needing ATK as it is powered by the MAT stat, and by using TP which is little used by Natalie it offers an alternative to her many MP consuming spells. On hit it deals only slightly less damage than Brimstone Blast and can deal even more damage if it applies the tentacle-bound status effect successfully, plus it also shuts down the target for several turns.
