The Sacrificial Dagger can be found in one of the caves connected to the main cave the Cutie Knights find themselves in when sent to capture the Mermaid Princess, specifically in the cave that is vaguely shaped like a trident. The dagger is inside a hidden chest, only found by solving a puzzle of association and interacting with the correct spot where a variety of green corals grow.
The main focus of the weapon is the sizeable boost to LUK, allowing more frequent status infliction on opponents and less frequent infliction on Alice herself.
