Patricia is an experienced American Magical Girl who runs the Magical Compound.
Backstory
Patricia was born in a small town in South Dakota, USA, during the mid-1960s. As part of her role as a leader of Magical Girls, she took over the underground complex that houses the current Magical Compound in the late 2010s.
At some point, she conducted extensive research on magical weaponry, i.e. enchanted guns, eventually finding that they do not work due to a variety of problems resulting from the parts causing magical interference with each other and a Magical Girl's own magic. She theorised that maybe a Magical Girl without magic could use one of those things, but that is of course an inherently self-defeating paradox... or is it?
Personality
Patricia is a strange case even by Magical Girl standards, since she is immortal similar to Marianne, if for a different reason: at some points in her life she spontaneously combusts into flames and turns to ash, only to be reborn a short while later. This process does not hurt her and in fact seems to feel nice if not overtly pleasurable. She is generally reborn as a woman of about 20 years old in mind and body, though whenever she is about to combust, she spends up to a week in a phase of rapidly accelerated aging with all the problems old age naturally brings to most people. She claims she keeps all her memories from this, though this might just be her opinion and would be difficult to ascertain.
Her ability of flaming rebirth has a few key aspects to it: for one she has a Phoenix-esque tattoo somewhere on her body (though never her head) which can change shape from incarnation to incarnation and possesses a unique magic signature, so she can always prove it is actually her. Ayame and Marianne tend to tease her about this, claiming they want to "check on the mark" of Patricia. The other is that just like fire, it is wild and unpredictable, leaving her with a lightly tanned skin colour, yet her hair colour, eye colour, and even personality tend to shift severely and are never the same twice in a row. Currently she is a long-haired blonde, blue-eyed woman with a hothead demeanour; one could say a typical Texas farm girl.
The point at which a rebirth is imminent also varies, with the shortest span between two rebirths having been only 2 weeks, while the longest was almost 35 years (nearly half her current life). Oddly, while this ability gives her a paradoxical immunity to fire other than her own, this does not extend to her clothes.
She does not like Marianne much, having a neutral-to-bad opinion of her. On the other hand she has a fondness of disco music as well as going into clubs to dance.
