Lightning Slashes is a skill that deals two hits of moderate 
Normal damage to a single enemy target. As a normal element skill its actual element will depend on the user's default element. This skill has an extremely high speed, usually moving at the start of the turn.
The following enemies can cast Lightning Slashes:
