Eliza's Parcel is a key item received during the Return to Mermaid Caves. In the northwest cave save Eliza from a group of mermaid guards and then agree to help her afterwards to receive this parcel to deliver.
Uses
- This parcel can technically be given to any guard in the mermaid village. The correct guard however is the one that answers the code phrase with the response "But I have a feeling they will get hotter soon", and should be the guard just north of the center monument. This unlocks further progression in the mermaid rebellion questline, making Eliza appear in the Noble District.
